What time is check in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2pm, and check-out is before 11am. Jump or skip the queue with our new express (self) check-in kiosks.

What’s the best way to get to the hotel?

We are easily accessible by car with the best pick up or drop off spot right outside the hotel entrance on Riverside Quay.
We are easily accessible by train as well, with one of the major city train stations, Flinders Street station, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Do you have parking?

We work with Wilsons Eureka Car Park to offer parking for hotel guests. Wilsons Eureka Car Park is located at 70 City Road, Southbank, and can be paid directly with the hotel for $30 per vehicle, per day.

The hotel will provide a QR code for guests to scan at the boom gate to allow for multiple exits and entries.

What time is reception open?

Our front office or reception, is available 24 hours.
