A Night of Great Food and Wine

Start the evening with dill and Dijon mustard-cured salmon, followed by orange-glazed duck breast with duck fat potato purée, cabbage prosciutto roulade, and rich sherry jus. The next course features rare roast beef, paired with Shiraz-braised onion purée, pan-fried polenta, and a bold mix of blue cheese and green peppercorn. To finish, enjoy a baked yoghurt and mango dessert with salted caramel, puffed quinoa, and a chocolate cracker.
